New Chairman Appointed at Altegrity Commercial Services Group

Casey, who has led Explore since 1998, will continue as Explore president and CEO. Casey reports to Altegrity CEO Mike Cherkasky.
Michael A. Petrullo, currently an Altegrity senior vice president, will assume the role of president and CEO of HireRight and will report to Casey. Steven W. Webb, Explore's vice president of market development, will assume the new role of senior vice president and general manager of Explore. Glen E. Schrank, who has been serving as president and CEO of HireRight, will leave the corporation to pursue other opportunities.
