Research Panel will use Confirmit to conduct international research projects using its Japanese online panel members. As a result, the company will be able to sell its fieldwork services to international customers, opening up an entirely new stream of business and enabling it to compete outside of its core Japanese market.
Toshiki Sano, CEO of Research Panel, explains its decision to use Confirmit: "We needed a software solution that provided ease of use and reliability, and that could be used by Japanese speakers. Confirmit could not only support this, but also provided us with user manuals and training documentation in Japanese to simplify our training process.
"The fact that Confirmit could also offer us a Service Level Agreement of 99.7% uptime for its hosted solution was also a key factor in our decision."
During the process of selecting a platform to support its international activities, Research Panel considered enhancing its own in-house solution, as well as looking at a number of Japanese domestic ASP providers. The process showed that Confirmit provided the best value for money and the functionality most suited to Research Panel's needs.
Henning Hansen, President and CEO at Confirmit, comments: "It has been a pleasure to welcome Research Panel as a customer. By using our software, the company has access to a whole new stream of business from the international market. What's more, Research Panel has become a Confirmit Marketplace member, which gives them access to an even wider range of international networking and marketing opportunities."
