NOTICE TEXT: Department of Transportation St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (SLSDC) SLSDC Headquarters The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation is soliciting proposals for a dental insurance plan provider for approximately eighty (80) Corporation employees located in Massena, New York. The insurance plan shall commence on January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 with options to renew for an additional four (4) calendar years. The insurance provider must be licensed to do business in New York State. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act and the place of performance is unknown. Wage determination for an offeror's locality may be obtained at http://www.dol.gov/ [www.dol.gov] and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for downloading on the FedBizOpps website on 11/2/09 with a response date of 11/30/09.
