Wiener Stadtische Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group (Vienna Insurance), an Austrian commercial and personal insurance services provider, has sold its 99.99% stake in Closed Joint Stock Company VAB Life, a Ukraine-based life insurance company.
Pursuant to the transaction, Vienna Insurance transferred its shares in VAB Life into the account of a nominal holder/depository UniCredit Bank, a Ukraine-based provider of banking services.
