The following arrests were reported by the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office:
Victoria Arestian Sheppard, 19, 1513 Cobblestone Drive, Kinston, misdemeanor order for arrest/failure to appear/failure to comply with license restrictions. Bond: $500. Arresting officer: L. McKinney.
Montez J. Garner, 23, 2327 Beechnut Drive, Kinston, misdemeanor order for arrest/failure to appear/assault on a female. Bond: $500. Arresting officer: E. Braden.
John Franklin Kennedy, 47, 4505 U.S. 258 S., Kinston, Nov. 7, misdemeanor order for arrest/failure to appear/operate a vehicle with no insurance, misdemeanor order for arrest/failure to appear/no operators license, no registration, misdemeanor order for arrest/failure to appear/no operators license, misdemeanor order for arrest/simple worthless checks.
