Advantage Title Unveils Title365 Real Estate iPhone App

Advantage Title, a provider of title insurance and escrow services powered by Title365, announced the release of its Title365 Mobile app for iPhone.
Available free through Apple's iPhone App Store or iTunes Store, Advantage Title said its Title365 Mobile is an app that integrates location-aware convenience and visual accuracy with mobile access to nationwide property, ownership and sales comparable information for real estate and mortgage lending professionals.

Today's real estate professional needs relevant, accurate information at their fingertips," said Peter Richter, co-CIO and SVP, software engineering for Advantage Title. "Our first iPhone app will bring the benefits of our highly regarded Title365 transaction management platform to real estate and lending professionals who are now using mobile technology to make their business day more efficient and their delivery of insightful client service second-to-none."
Advantage Title said that users can also choose to search somewhere other than their current location by performing a custom search for properties by address, owner or parcel number. Offering a choice of map options, Title365 Mobile features hybrid, satellite and road visuals along with the ability to retrieve driving directions to pinpointed properties.
