Finance Ministry releases more than RS 100m grant for PIMS

Finance Ministry has released more than 100 million rupees to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences for buying new medical equipment.
With the release of said grant PIMS would buy modern equipment for ENT, OPD unit, urology dept, radiology and nephrology dept to ensure better medical care to patients coming to the hospital.
The summary for the grant was sent to Finance Ministry in March and in record time the ministry approved the summary and released grant over Rs 100 million.
