UBM TechWeb's Insurance & Technology, a technology media brand focused on serving insurance industry IT and business leaders, announced that George Fay, CNA's EVP Worldwide P&C Claim, will be the keynote speaker at the 12th Annual Executive Summit.
Executives from Allianz Life, Chubb & Son, USAA, Celent and ING will also share insights at an exclusive insurance networking event that brings together chief information officers, chief technology officers, line-of-business executives and other top technology decision makers.
Insurance & Technology's 2010 Executive Summit, "Gearing Up for Growth," will take place from November 7 to November 10, at The Boulders Resort & Spa in Carefree, Arizona. Senior IT representatives from companies such as Unum, Harleysville, AAA, State Farm, Allstate, Travelers & Metlife will come together to discuss ways to enhance distribution channels; develop better insights into existing and potential customers; and how to deploy new tools and solutions that can upgrade collaboration, communications and governance.
Registration for Insurance & Technology's Executive Summit is open to senior-level insurance executives who have technology decision-making and buying responsibilities.
"As growth returns to the insurance industry's agenda, we're also seeing renewed investment in an array of key enabling technology solutions, from core systems such as claims and policy administration, to business intelligence and analytics, to still-evolving offerings in the social media and Web 2.0 space," said Kathy Burger, Editorial Director, Insurance & Technology. "At this year's Executive Summit, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from some of the industry's most successful players, as well as leading-edge technology companies, about the types of investments that insurers need to make to be competitive and profitable in today's still-uncertain financial services environment."
