Transportation revenues and reforms continue to dominate activity on Beacon Hill this week. Massachusetts Turnpike Authority board is expected to delay a toll increase that was scheduled today on foot on March 29. Both the House and Senate to adopt the transportation reforms in the next two weeks. Legislators have also sought clarification on a little known, the schedule of tolls that could increase tolls again in four years, even if the Governor Deval Patrick 19-cent gasoline tax is implemented.
