MSL launches three new assistance products

Legal expenses insurer, MSL, has announced that it will be launching a range of new products at this year’s BIBA exhibition and conference, to be held between 13th and 15th May, in Manchester.

MSL UK & European Breakdown Assistance provides rescue services for motorists including local, national and European recovery. The service is backed by Europ Assistance, which uses a UK and continental network of approved recovery partners.

MSL Home Assist offers 24-hour help for householders who experience a domestic emergency, such as boiler or plumbing failure. Cover includes emergency access to qualified tradesmen.

MSL ID Theft Assist has been developed to provide comprehensive assistance to victims of identity theft, and the organisations that support them.

According to the firm, cover includes a host of legal and other services to help customers repair the damage to their credit rating.

Managing director, Nick Garner, comments: “Our new assistance products have been developed in response to feedback from our broker clients and offers choice, clarity and value for their customers. They are also robust products, provided by world-class providers and packed with market-leading features.”

MSL currently manages relationships with more than 900 brokers nationwide and continues to expand.

Earlier this year, the Cheadle-based company secured an agreement with Profile Insurance and Lorica General Insurance to provide accident management services under its KeyStart Plus motor legal expenses product.
