Top Erie Insurance earns JD Power and Associates customer satisfaction Prix two years in a row

ERIE, Pennsylvania, June 23 / PRNewswire / - Erie Insurance has earned JD Power and Associates "to" the highest in customer satisfaction with auto insurance Shopping Experience. "This award recognizes the top rankings in JD Power and Associates 2009 Insurance Shopping Study (SM), which assesses the experience of customers who purchase a new automobile insurance policy.

The 2009 JD Power and Associates Insurance Shopping Study examines purchasing behavior and overall satisfaction of customers who buy a new insurance company automobile. Three factors are evaluated to determine overall satisfaction. In order of importance, they are: distribution channel, price and its supply policy. Erie Insurance achieved the highest rank with a strong performance across all factors.
