DiMantova & Associates (D&A), creator of Technology Process Management (TPM), recently completed a consulting engagement with Responsive Auto in Plantation, Florida. D&A managed the vendor contracts and implemented policy administration, claims, billing, and point-of-sale systems -- helping to bring those systems into production in just six months.
