AXA Hires at Havas Media Account

AXA UK has appointed Havas Media Group to manage its Pounds 40m media planning and buying account as it plans to launch a direct service for car insurance next year. Several agencies of Havas deal marks of AXA UK.
MPG has more books division of AXA 20m account from Mindshare. Swiftcover, which is about 10m Pounds, and was previously handled by Initiative, will be moved to the Arena BLM.
AXA Sun Life, which is also worth Pounds 10m, will be handled by MPG and its sister agency, all responsible. The Sun Life brand is already handled by Havas.
According to Olivier Mariee, marketing group AXA UK and Director of Communications, the media services company direct auto insurance, which should be implemented next year, will be handled by MPG. "With this proposal we have come to something quite new in support ourposition," he said.
Mary has also indicated that Swiftcover campaign, created by advertising agency MWO and featuring rock star Iggy Pop, will continue.
