Solera Holdings declares 6.25-cent dividend

SAN DIEGO - Solera Holdings Inc., which provides software and services for the auto insurance claims industry, said Thursday its board has approved its first quarterly cash dividend of 6.25 cents.
The dividend is payable on Sept. 28 to shareholders of record on Sept. 18.
