To gather feedback to an action, Potrero Media conducted a user study to measure consumer interaction with their sites set of auto insurance. The study measured the usability of the site, time spent on different areas of the site, consumers' perceptions of the content and design, and customer interaction with the application form. By gathering the quantitative and qualitative information, Potrero Media is dialing in on exactly how to best serve their audience shopping.
