The House Ways and Means Committee conducted a hearing on "Health Reform in the 21st Century: Proposals to Reform the Health System," according to a committee notice published in the Congressional Record.

Shea, Special assistant to the president, AFL-CIO; Jennie Chin Hansen, president of AARP Randel K. Johnson, senior vice president of Labor, immigration and employee benefits at the chamber of commerce; Dan Baxter, managing director at the William F.
