HCC Life renames short term medical insurance product

HCC Life Insurance Company has renamed its short term medical insurance product to HCC Life Short Term Medical.
According to the company, the product, formerly known as the Amigo Short Term Medical Plan, is designed to provide quality healthcare coverage for individuals and families in need of medical insurance on a short-term basis.
HCC Life Short Term Medical (STM) is now available in the US in 38 states and the District of Columbia, and features the choice of deductible, co-insurance, and length of coverage needed.
The clients also have the choice to purchase an HCC Life STM policy either through their professional health insurance agent or online through the direct insurance agency, HCC Medical Insurance Services said.
