Sudan's Al-Bashir inaugurates hospital in Blue Nile State

President of the Republic FM Umar Al-Bashir attended a festival in Damazin town marking the graduation of 2500 students at the Blue Nile University in different specializations. Addressing the ceremony, President Al-Bashir said that the Blue Nile University is one of the fruits of the higher education revolution. He called on the graduates to contribute to bolstering the economic, development, peace and stability in the state and the country.

The graduation festival was also addressed by the Wali (governor) of the Blue Nile State, Gen Malik Aggar, and the Minister of Higher Education and the Vice Chancellor of the Blue Nile University. President Al-Bashir inaugurated the laboratories at the Faculty of Engineering at the Blue Nile University and the exhibition of products of the Community Faculty.

Meanwhile, President Al-Bashir inaugurated in Damazin the Specialized Eye Hospital. He appreciated the partnership between the institutions operating in the health field. He called for expansion of the umbrella of the health insurance.
