WASHINGTON, April 8 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Mike Grushon, CIC, CRM of Bellbrook, Ohio, has been named the 2009 Professional Agent of the Year by the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA). The award was presented during a luncheon ceremony held in Arlington, Virginia in conjunction with the association's spring Board of Directors meeting and Federal Legislative Summit.

Grushon was honored for his contributions to the insurance industry, the independent agency system and to his PIA colleagues, along with his commitment to education, involvement in community affairs and overall success. The award was presented by PIA National President Kenneth R. Auerbach, Esq.
