Farmers Insurance asks its customers who have suffered damage from this storm to immediately contact Farmers’ 24 hour claims hotline at:
1-800-HelpPoint (1-800-435-7764) for immediate assistance.
Foremost Insurance customers should file their claim by calling: 800-527-3907.
“This tornado was a ‘direct hit’ causing a lot of damage to the community of Mena,” noted Charlie Snyder, State Executive Director of Farmers Insurance in Arkansas. “We will bring in as many resources as needed to help our customers file claims as quickly and easily as possible.”
To help customers file on-the-spot claims, Farmers Insurance has set up a Customer Care Vehicle outside of Farmers Insurance agent Christy Medlin’s office: 900 Highway 71 North, Mena, AR 71953.
