RenaissanceRe Holdings CFO leaving to return to US

Jeffrey D. Kelly, RenaissanceRe's executive vice president, will take on the added role of chief financial officer, effective July 6.
Kelly, 55, formerly served as chief financial officer of bank National City Corp. from 2000 until his retirement in 2008.
RenaissanceRe said Donner will serve as an adviser through September 30 to help with the transition.
RenaissanceRe shares rose 10 cents to $47.51 in morning trading.
