NFJ Dividend, Interest & Premium Strategy Fund Declares

The dividend will be payable on June 26, 2009 to shareholders of record on June 22, 2009 with an ex-dividend date of June 18, 2009.
It is anticipated that the Fund's next quarterly dividend will be declared on or about September 11, 2009 and be payable on or about September 25, 2009.
Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC, an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors of America L.P., serves as the Fund's investment manager and is a member of Munich-based Allianz Group (NYSE: AZ). NFJ Investment Group L.P. (manager of the Fund's equity component), Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management LLC (manager of the Fund's convertible component) and Oppenheimer Capital LLC (manager of the Fund's index option strategy), each an Allianz Global Fund Management affiliate, serve as the Fund's sub-advisers.
