In October 2007, TEAM Nation began effectively managing the day-to-day operations of First Southwestern Title Company. Utilizing its unique management expertise, TEAM has led the title company on the path to success despite the downturn in the real estate market. TEAM Nation led a similarly struggling title company, CalCounties Title Nation (www.CalCounties.com), from monthly revenues of $100,000 in 2007 to over $1.2 million in May 2009.

The renewal of the management agreement with First Southwestern will continue to further enhance TEAM's revenue stream. TEAM Nation's synergistic use of shared resources has resulted in significant cost reductions, significantly improving the title company's bottom line.
