SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) _ Bermuda-based reinsurer RenaissanceRe Holdings Inc. said Wednesday that its chief financial officer, Fred R. Donner, is leaving the company for personal reasons to return to the United States.
Jeffrey D. Kelly will join RenaissanceRe as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 6.
Kelly, 55, formerly served as chief financial officer of bank National City Corp. from 2000 until his retirement in 2008.
RenaissanceRe said Donner will serve as an adviser through September 30 to help with the transition.
