Margaret M. Foran Joins Prudential as Chief Governance Officer and Secretary

She also is the former chair of the American Bar Association Business Law Section's Corporate Governance Committee, a former trustee of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Historical Society; and a former director of MONY Group Inc. and MONY Life Insurance Company.
Foran also is a member of the Business Advisory Council of YAI/National Institute for People with Disabilities, The Economic Club of New York and the American Bar Association Commission on Mental and Physical Disability.
