CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CNA recently announced plans to grow in the Education industry by adding private colleges and universities to its Middle Market focus classes. The announcement supports the global insurer's strategy - which launched last year - to grow and develop Middle Market business with the introduction of focus classes in commercial real estate, wholesale distribution and business services along with related coverage and service enhancements.

"This focus class further positions CNA as a competitive solution for educational risks," said Tony de Padua, senior vice president of Commercial Segments, CNA. "We are proud to offer our expertise with tailored coverages and services offerings."

Targeting nonprofit private colleges and universities with fewer than 10,000 students, CNA's insurance solution for this focus class features tailored coverages such as Management, Employment Practice and Educators' Liability; Education Extension Endorsement; Foreign Study with CNA Passport®; and Cyber Liability with CNA NetProtect 360SM. CNA also offers industry-leading risk control and claim services for educational institutions. To learn more, visit www.cna.com/education.

Focus classes are one of the ways in which CNA is showing its commitment to Middle Market growth. Agents can also anticipate sales support, competitive pricing, as well as all of the outstanding products and services they have come to expect from CNA. In addition, CNA continues to offer agents enhanced commissions for new package policies written in these Middle Market focus classes.
