BARRINGTON, RI - (BUSINESS WIRE) - BenchStrength International (BSI), a technology consulting organization dedicated to improving the operations and results of the insurance industry, announced today that Peter Presland has been appointed President of the Society Office. With over 35 years in insurance and technology industries, Presland offers a wealth of experience to help BenchStrength in achieving its growth plans and objectives of global expansion.

Mr. Presland has served in Chairman and advisory positions with a number of organizations. In addition to his most recent Chairman positions with Safe Computing Limited, Vocalink Holdings Limited, and Total Objects Limited, Presland was also a key advisor to the CEO and a Non-executive Director for Ceridian Europe. Earlier in his career, Presland was the founding CEO and later Chairman of Rebus Group PLC, at the time a leading provider of software and related services to the insurance market. Presland spent 17 years at first as CFO and then CEO of C.E. Heath PLC, a major international insurance group.
