Augeo Incent Acquires IncentOne's Performance and Loyalty Solutions (PLS) Business

Augeo Incent, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Augeo Affinity Marketing, Inc. (Augeo), announces its acquisition of the Performance and Loyalty Solutions business of IncentOne, a privately held incentive and technology company located in Lyndhurst, NJ.

Augeo is a privately held company that develops and manages data-driven rewards, coalition marketing and employee benefit programs across multiple industry verticals including foodservice, distribution, retail, publishing, home improvement, insurance and high profile member associations. Founded in 1999, Augeo's headquarter office is located in St. Paul, MN with additional offices in Phoenix, AZ, New York, NY and Islandia, NY.

The acquisition will support Augeo's continued growth in the loyalty, incentive and rewards space.
