According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, "At least 70 percent of people over age 65 will require some long-term care services at some point in their lives," says Denise Gott, LTCFP's Chairman of the Board. "That's about three in every four of us!"

The seminar will highlight the critical need for long-term care and lay out the public and private financing options. Personalized advice will be available along with access to discounted policies for USAA members. "We'll offer choices appropriate for all," says Gott.
"For those with very limited assets, Medicaid may be the right care source," says Gott. "For those with larger incomes or estates to protect, private long-term care insurance may be preferable, or a combination of private and public options. During the seminars we'll discuss choices appropriate for all families regardless of their income, and we'll discuss the various tax incentives."
