NOTICE TEXT: Department of Homeland Security Immigration & Customs Enforcement ICE-OAQ-DM Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a need for propane gas service at their Krome Service Processing Center located in Miami, Florida. The period of performance for this order will be one year from September 29, 2009 through September 28, 2010. The facility has four - 1000 gallon tanks and twelve - 30 gallon tanks (used for fork lifts) that will require servicing under this order. All interested vendors must be within a 50 mile radius of the location in Miami, Florida. This is a small business set-aside. An estimated quantity for the year will be 17,000 gallons. However, this is an estimate only and does not commit ICE to this amount. Actual quantities will be ordered on an as needed basis. The vendor will invoice ICE based on the actual amount ordered. Vendors are requested to provide a price on a per gallon basis. All quotes are to be emailed to Paul Previch at mailto:Paul.Previch@dhs.gov for consideration.
