Ulmer & Berne's Cincinnati Office Adds Attorney James D. Houston to Its Construction Litigation Practice

Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today the addition of James D. Houston to its Construction Litigation Practice. A former attorney with Thompson Hine, James is also well versed with complex commercial, insurance defense and product liability matters.
"James comes to us with great knowledge and an incredible skill set in construction litigation," stated Scott Kadish, partner-in-charge of the Cincinnati office. "His experience and proven track record will be extremely helpful to our clients."
As an attorney with Ulmer & Berne, James' practice focuses on construction litigation, insurance defense, complex business and product liability litigation. He regularly represents clients in both arbitrations and traditional trial court settings relative to the construction field, and also handles mediation proceedings for clients. James is an adjunct professor of business ethics at Northern Kentucky University. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law and his B.A. from Miami University.
