Aiello joins Whidbey Island Bank as loan officer

Terry Aiello has joined Whidbey Island Bank, as a real estate loan officer in their Northwest Bellingham Branch.
Aiello's lending focus will include FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, land construction and portfolio lending. A long-time resident of Whatcom County, Aiello has more than 27 years experience in banking, with 25 years in real estate lending.
Aiello started with Horizon Bank as a teller in 1982 and was promoted to branch manager in 1984. She managed three different branches for Horizon, until 2001. In 2001, Aiello moved into her role of mortgage loan officer for Horizon Bank, with responsibilities for the Blaine and Ferndale offices, where she remained until her recent move to Whidbey Island Bank.
BARON & CO. HIRES MORRISON
Tanya Morrison has joined Baron & Company as marketing coordinator/media buyer.
Morrison joins Baron & Company after most recently working for two years with Spokane-based Desautel Hege Communications as an administrative/account coordinator.
Morrison graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, with an emphasis in marketing. She brings with her experience in areas such as copywriting, branding and public relations.
She will be responsible for working with clients in various areas, including coordinating advertisements with media, editing, writing and managing projects. She also will be a part of concept generation for several ads, including billboards, radio and television.
CENTURY 21'S MULHERN EARNS CERTIFICATION
Century 21 Bay Properties announced that Sandra Mulhern, sales associate with the Bellingham office, recently earned the Certified Residential Specialist Designation.
Mulhern successfully completed the CRS Designation, which is awarded to experienced real estate agents who complete advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production requirements.
Mulhern has been with Bay Properties since 2005 . She has earned numerous professional designations and awards, including Bay Properties Eagle Award and Associate of the Year.
Century 21 Bay Properties jas more than 30 professional Realtors in two offices in Whatcom County, one located on the waterfront in the center of Birch Bay and the Bellingham office at the Fred Meyer center on Bakerview Road.
HALLS JOINS CENTURY 21 AS SALES ASSOCIATE
Century 21 Bay Properties has hired Steve Hall has joined its firm as a sales associate.
Hall will specialize in residential, commercial, agricultural, and luxury property sales in the Whatcom County area.
Hall was formerly the club manager at Broadmoor Golf Course in Seattle and has strong ties locally with the dairy and farming community in Lynden and east Whatcom County, as his family owns Breckenridge Farms.
DYRLAND NAMED 'ELITE COMMERCIAL AGENT'
Erik Dyrland, local Farmers Insurance Agent in Bellingham, has been named as an "Elite Commercial Agent" for the fourth year running.
Dyrland is the only agent north of Everett to have achieved Elite status in each year the award has existed.
