Loyalist Insurance reports loss in 2009

The Loyalist Insurance Group has reported a net loss of $217,238, or $0.01 per share, for the year ended December 31, 2009, compared to net earnings of $2.35 million, or $0.13 per share for the year 2008.
The company's revenues for the year 2009 decreased to $42,309, from $251,607 posted during the year 2008.
Assets as of December 31, 2009 totaled $1.33 million, compared to $1.81 million as of December 31, 2008.
