New Insurer Development Manager At Kwik Fit Insurance

Leading UK home and car insurance (http://www.kwik-fitinsurance.com/) intermediary Kwik Fit Insurance has appointed Sandy Keith as insurer development manager.

Sandy, who has been with the Kwik Fit Financial Services group since 2001, assumes his new role on 1st July and will have responsibility for managing insurer relationships within Kwik Fit Insurance, part of the KFFS group. Sandy will report into Stevie Sutherland, KFFS group business development director.

Stevie Sutherland commented: "Sandy has been with our business for a number years and we believe his knowledge of the insurance market and, in particular, the role of the intermediary within it, is second to none. He boasts an outstanding track record with Kwik Fit Financial Services having forged a successful career in various roles within our business, most recently as our insurer development manager at Express Insurance where he managed the motor, van and motorcycle panels."

Sandy Keith said: "I'm delighted to be appointed to the position of insurer development manager at Kwik Fit Insurance. I've been performing a similar role with our sister company Express Insurance and this, coupled with my nine years experience at KFFS has given me a good foundation from which to take on the role. I'm keen to build on the strong reputation we have in the industry and work with all our insurer partners to ensure the continued success of all parties."

Sandy will work closely with Kwik Fit Insurance's existing panel, as well as identifying and developing new opportunities across motor, home and other product lines.

Sandy has had an impressive rise through the ranks at Kwik Fit Financial Services, beginning his career as a sales consultant in July 2001 before achieving successive promotions to the role of team leader within the sales and service departments. From there he moved into insurer development as account manager where he has played a central role in building the intermediary's profile within the industry.
