Insurance stocks stay dull at KSE during week

Some dull activities were witnessed in the insurance stocks last week at KSE with about 2.9 million shares traded together in life and non-life insurance stocks. Pak Reinsurance was the volume leader with 1.84 million shares followed by Adamjee Insurance with 0.87 million shares.
Top gainers of the week include New Jubilee Life Insurance which increased by Rs. 3.48 to close at Rs. 38 and IGI Insurance which was up by Rs. 2.58 to close at Rs. 71.2 while Adamjee Insurance lost Rs. 10.97 to close at Rs. 66.25 and Central Insurance was down by Rs. 5.70 to close Rs. 49.10 to be the major losers of the week.
