Pan-American Life Insurance Group Announces Completion of Acquisition of USNow

Since 2006, was representative USNow Pan-American Life yard line of products in the United States, and Pan-American Life before a 20 percent stake in the company. USNow won recognition in the insurance industry that the company that launched the concept of the limited medical benefits, providing underinsured / uninsured individuals and businesses with employees access to care health group.
According to John Foley, Senior Vice President - Domestic Markets for Pan-American Life Insurance Group, the transaction reinforces the Group's commitment to investing in the growth of the company's Domestic Worksite business.
"Making USNow a part of Pan-American Life is of great strategic importance to our business as we expand our distribution in the United States, strengthen our commitment to the US Hispanic market, and continue to identify new sources of revenue growth," said Foley.
USNow operations will remain based in Dallas, TX, under the leadership of Mr. Foley.
