Ex-HealthSouth CEO Scrushy's Bank Accounts Seized

Lawyers for HealthSouth shareholders said Monday papers were served on more than a dozen banks where Scrushy is believed to have accounts.
Those banks include the Birmingham-based First Commercial Bank and Alamerica Bank; New York-based UBS AG; and San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co.
Shareholder attorney John Somerville said lawyers are trying to collect everything they can from Scrushy, even though he doesn't have enough money to pay all the judgment.
An Alabama judge found Scrushy liable for the fraud at HealthSouth, but Scrushy still maintains he knew nothing about it. His attorney didn't immediately return a message seeking comment.
