NOTICE TEXT: Department of the Treasury Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) Procurement and Administrative Services The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to AON Consulting Inc. services to produce an annual report on Actuarial Life Insurance Calculations, deferred compensation calculations and prior year deferred compensation statements if needed. The calculations include a unique amortization schedule adopted by OTS prior to 1993 and have been used since. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability and respond in writing. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
