April 15, 2009 ((NYSE: FNF) has priced an offering of 15.8 million shares of its common stock at $ 19 per share. J.P. Morgan Securities (NYSE: JPM) and Goldman, Sachs & Co. (NYSE: GS) are the joint book-running managers.
The company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase 2.37 million additional shares at the offering price.
Fidelity National said it will use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including the potential repayment of indebtedness under the company's existing $ 1.1 billion syndicated credit agreement.
