TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Voiance Languages Services LLC, a sister company of CyraCom International and a leading provider of multi-cultural language services, today announced it has signed a multi-year agreement with a Fortune 100 property, casualty, and life insurance company to provide outsourced language support services.
Under the terms of this agreement, Voiance will provide over-the-phone interpretation and translation services to support the client’s culturally diverse customer base. All services will be performed by the Voiance operations team through its U.S.-based language service centers. Voiance services will allow the client’s customers to have complete access to the client’s insurance services by overcoming the barriers of language.
