Sapelo Insurance President Chuck Stein hired Hagan to assist small to middle market businesses with their insurance programs. A native of Savannah, Hagan started with the company March 31.
"It's great to be back in my hometown and helping businesses in the area," Hagan said.
The company, celebrating its fifth year in business, offers a full line of property and casualty and life and health products and services. The staff at Sapelo Insurance provides a service that enable clients to make one call and satisfy all their insurance needs.
Hagan is a graduate of the University of Georgia with degrees in risk management insurance and finance. In previous positions, Hagan worked as an insurance underwriter in Washington DC and Connecticut and as a wholesale broker in Atlanta before returning to Savannah.
