A.M. Best Co. has released the latest installment of the Insurance Law Podcast, a series that examines timely insurance issues from an attorney?s point of view.
The latest episode features attorney Jonathan Ziss from the Margolis Edelstein law firm in Philadelphia. Ziss discusses dram shop issues and unconventional issues related to jury duty selection in a case involving a fatal airport injury. In this case, a man who was intoxicated fell while in the airport and died from trauma as a result of hitting the floor.
