WR Berkley Corporation Forms Gemini Underwriters and Transpo

WR Berkley Corporation announced the formation of Gemini Transport Underwriters, a new division of Carolina Casualty Insurance Group, LLC. Gemini Transport Underwriters specializes in transportation insurance underwriting excess liability, as the railroad of liability and vehicle coverage.

Rocco P. MODAFFERI, CPCU has been named president of the new division based in Boston, effective immediately. Mr. MODAFFERI has over thirty years experience in insurance.

Gemini holders to use public transport WR Berkley Corporation member company Gemini Insurance Company, which is rated A + (Superior) by AM Best Company, Inc., as the issuance of its carrier.

In making the announcement, William R.
